Starting out on your fertility journey can be a daunting prospect.
Here at BTO Family Law we understand that you have more important things to think about during your fertility journey than what the legal position is. But what if your new family falls out with the current scope of the law? What if you need to take some extra legal steps to make sure your new children are adequately protected if something happened to you or what if you need to make sure you have parental rights and responsibilities when the child is born?
We are here to guide you through your fertility journey, and can provide ongoing advice as matters progress so that you can make sure that you are on the right side of the law.
Getting early legal advice will allow you to be confident that you are on the right path every step of the way with one of our specialist family lawyers guiding you. Our Fertility Fixed Fee Package allows for an initial consultation with us which will enable you to ask all of the questions you have about your journey and receive specialist advice tailored for your new family.
Arming yourself early with knowledge about your rights and the options available to you can help demystify the whole process and allow you to focus on your new bundle of joy.
We offer:
- Up to 60 minute meeting £400.00 plus VAT, including a letter to your clinic, if applicable.
For the Fertility Fixed Fee Package, you will receive an initial consultation with one of our team of dedicated fertility solicitors who will provide you with knowledge about your rights, obligations and the options available to you. All appointments are presently taking place by video conference via Microsoft Teams or by Telephone. We can accommodate different platforms for your appointment depending upon what would be most convenient for you.
